“From Thai Textile With Love”
The Love of mother is unconditional and has no limit. The Queen Sirikit museum of textiles celebrates this auspicious month of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, as Her birthday and the national mother’s day, on 12 August by organizing “From Thai Textile with Love”. Following Her Majesty Queen Sirikit’s initiative to promote Thai textiles, our August activity intends to inspire audience to embrace the use of Thai textile in their daily life and also to strengthen the relationships between mother and children with these workshops as follows:
1. To mother from my heart: Mat Mii flower garland
Creating a flower garland with Thai textile
On Saturday 8th August 2015 from 1pm – 4pm.
Led by a staff from the Royal Craftsman College
2. To children with mother’s love: Mat Mii Baby Bib
Creating a Baby bib from Thai textile: mat mii
On Saturday 15th August 2015 from 1pm – 4pm.
